I know what you mean about the internet being a time suck- it’s like a rabbit warren and it’s hard to drag yourself out sometimes.
Good luck with getting your life re-balanced- sounds like you have some great things to throw your energy into, and I’m glad you’re still planning on spending time on line- you do great things and it’s fantastic that you make the time to share them with us all.

your hair looks amazing and i love what you’re wearing. i’ve made it a point to spend more time with my real friends, because i’m leaving home soon and won’t get to see them again till god knows when. i hope you spend more time with yours too, though i’ll miss your posts online.

it’s good to have you back again, though I completely understand the “time suck” of the internet. (especially blogs. I just get lost in them, there are so many wonderful things to read and see) I think it’s good to take a step back and reassess periodically. Like cleaning out the closet of one’s life/mind. I think I do both activities about once a year – usually because I’ve overloaded myself and am a mess. On both accounts! =)

take care of yourself, it’ll be exciting to hear what decisions you make, and the new directions you take

Tricia, you look amazing, first of all. Secondly, I can totally relate to your feelings as of late. I get a bit depressed myself because I haven’t really accomplished much in my life, especially career-wise. I’ve tried my hand at a few things and nothing seems to pan out. This blog thing is the first thing I’ve really applied myself to recently, but it makes me feel guilty, because I should be doing more constructive things with my time. I’m glad you’re feeling better, I missed your posts. :] Keep your chin up, I know at least one person that greatly admires you (cough cough). Hehe.

I’m online way too much also. I’ve been trying to go on a web diet but it can be a difficult habit to break. Sometimes I just have to shut all the computers(!) down so it isn’t as easy to access.

It’s nice to hear you’re back and feeling better. Usually, I don’t have mucht time as I’d like to comment on all the blogs I read, but I DO enjoy a lot reading yours.
You can’t imagine how much I can relate myself with that ‘too much time on the computer’ thing. Even when it’s a very important part of my job, sometimes I feel like it’s consuming a lot of energy that I should be spending finishing a bunch of projects that are I’m still in the process of making. Sure getting a break from it every now and then can be a great way to ‘refresh’ one’s mind.
