Oh man, I really like the look of the felted granny squares. I usually don't like the look of grannies, but like that ... it makes me want to make a few.

thanks guys. :)

jennifer: i am not sure if it's warmer, but i would guess as much, because it becomes thicker with the felting, and thus less air can circulate, and thus warm air/warmth would get trapped underneath more, making for warmness. just a slightly scientific guess-timation. :P

*Love* the doily screenprint. It's alternately vintage and old-fashioned and so modern and graphic at the same time--which I would never think looking at an actual doily. Here's to you finding a larger work space worthy of your creative talent.

that doily silkscreen made my eyes pop out of my head; it's like an optical illusion!

i really like the look of the felted squares vs the non felted squares. also, i feel like they would be warmer. is that true?

Your doily silkscreen is fun and interesting in a whole "fiber art reproduced as a print on a textile" way.

The 4 square felting sample would make a cute matching throw pillow!
