-grey snakeskin button earrings: thrifted
-orange wooden bead necklace: UO
-red-orange (color of the future past!) wool jersey tunic: made by yours truly from a vintage pattern
-orange and gray striped 3/4 sleeve tee: goodwill on haight st.
-skinny jeans i’ve had so long i fear the knees will give out (aka 2004): miss sixty
-gray boots: UO
-lips brooch: thrifted

  2. The neck of that tunic looks like it required some serious skill! The red-orange is a very happy color, and pulled off well!


  3. heather: sewing in the neck on this pattern is actually easy…the neck of the bodice and the cowl edge that joins it are the same size…it just gets wider as it goes out to the top edge of the cowl neck for fullness. plus, wool jersey is a knit, which means it’s stretchy and you can stretch to fit when sewing and pinning.
