I always appreciate these link roundups of yours.

Incidentally, I actually got to go to the SEAMLESS show and was way impressed! I am trying to finish my post on that. So much to do...

It was interesting to read that article about "no cheap thrill in cheap shopping" after I watched China Blue earlier in the day. It still makes me leery that they are getting better only because larger companies have the time to inform their factories and prepare for an inspection. One of the Chinese factory workers in the movie admitted to being told to blatantly lie when asked how conditions were and how much she was getting paid. I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, and I sincerely hope that conditions are improving for the workers sake.

Egads! Great links as usual!! :D I'm so excited about Blueprint's improved blog! For awhile there I wasn't sure I wanted to keep it on my feeds (I'm on a "less is more" kick right now with whittling my feeds down a wee bit! ;). But now I do!

Thanks for that knitting site link! I really, really love the Speckles sweater; I like the neckline shape with the slouchiness of the body--a nice take on a "basic style". Shall have to look more closely into possibly knitting that. ;)

And chunky necklaces!! Woohoo! I've been digging that look for a couple seasons now, and need to really take advantage of the popularity to stock up. lol.
