I look at these photos and think, "I dig these looks ... but could never articulate WHY." But many of my reasons are the same as yours: Fantastically bright and bold colors, rough reconstructed looks, and the outlandish elegance of those towering headpieces. I am far to timid to emulate any of these looks, but they are bona-fide eye-candy! I’m so glad you’re back, Tricia.
