I look at these photos and think, &quot;I dig these looks ... but could never articulate WHY.&quot; But many of my reasons are the same as yours: Fantastically bright and bold colors, rough reconstructed looks, and the outlandish elegance of those towering headpieces.  I am far to timid to emulate any of these looks, but they are bona-fide eye-candy!</description>
