this episode is from a couple weeks ago, but i just now got a chance to view it, oops!: threadbanger + ruffeo hearts lil snotty (see their etsy shop here, their work is so fun) show ya how to fashion a sweet space helmet hoodie sweatshirt out of old sweatshirts. totally great!

also: i’m totally grooving on the duo’s personal style…particularly those oversized glasses and asymmetrical haircuts. they are like hipsters from the future past. and that gal’s earrings? so absurdly, delightfully huge…love em.

some pieces from etsy seller kaylim, who hails from los angeles. the coupling of sweatshirt knit and hand-knit elements in her work is, in my opinion, pretty brilliant. also, it’s very modern and feminine as well, but not overtly so. personally, i’m a BIG BIG fan of sweatshirt material (oooh, so cozy!), and cowl necks (duh!), so any designer who pairs these, especially in such a lovely, inspired way, is practically guaranteed to make me a fan…

since i am up in the middle of the night (ugh!)…i figured i’d make good use of my time and get your wardrobe_remix(ers) o’ the week out more than ahead of time.
