if i was still in NYC (sniff sniff!), i'd be looking to get my craft(fair) on this holiday season at the 2007 bust magazine holiday craftacular, which is going down this coming saturday, december 8th, at NYC's metropolitan pavilion!
apparently it's going to be a super huge affair with 200+ vendors selling their handcrafted gifts and wares, a raffle, DJ's and a dancefloor(!), and BEER(!!). plus...a craftacular polaroid photo studio (tacky xmas sweaters will be provided!)...the last of which just sounds like it would flat-out hilarious to me. (esp. after a few beers!)
(psst: a little birdie also told me that comedienne amy sedaris will be there as a featured vendor, pimping both her book, i like you and her allegedly scrumptious cupcakes. damn! i'm not much for celebs, but amy i would be happy to meet!)

shoot, i gotta say, all that definitely sounds like it would beat the pants off most craft fairs i've been to, entertainment-wise. :P (*shakes her fist at the fact she's in SF*)
